About this website
Jacob Beskow operates this website as part of Swaipen UF, a student venture in Sweden’s Ung Företagsamhet programme. Swaipen is in development. The website explains the idea and lets you request a place on the launch waitlist.
No product is sold on this website. The preview does not create a group, play a film or provide a working app. The fictional films and example votes illustrate the intended experience.
The waitlist
Joining is free and requires you to confirm your own email address. After confirmation, we may send a launch invitation and occasional Swaipen development updates. You can unsubscribe anytime. Our privacy policy explains how we use the address.
A waitlist place does not guarantee a release date, availability, specific features, pricing or early access. We will describe the released product and any separate terms when it is available.
Using the site
You may browse and share links to the site. Please do not submit other people’s addresses without permission, attempt to interfere with the service, or use automated requests to send unwanted email. We may limit requests to protect the site and other people.
Artwork and examples
The posters displayed in the product preview are original illustrations for fictional demo films. They do not advertise available releases or imply relationships with film studios, actors or streaming providers.
Rights in the Swaipen branding, code and original artwork remain with their respective rights holders. No third-party film-poster permission is claimed by these terms.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may change or be interrupted while the project develops. We will correct errors we identify. Links to other services are governed by those services’ own terms.
Nothing here excludes or limits responsibility where that would be unlawful, or restricts mandatory consumer rights.
Applicable law
Swedish law applies to this website, subject to any mandatory protections you have under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes your right to bring a claim before a court that has jurisdiction under that law.
